The University Technical Assistance Program at the Colorado Center for Community Development (CCCD) has been requested to provide design assistance to the Town of Hotchkiss. Hotchkiss desires to enhance their downtown along Bridge Street which serves as the main street corridor. This project will explore the beautification of Bridge Street defined by pedestrian enhancements and elements to showcase community character. Also, ideas and suggestions for façade improvements will be included to complement the downtown commercial corridor.
